David C. King is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of DōMA Home Furnishings, a respected, design‑forward furniture retailer serving the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg communities. Under his leadership, DōMA has grown into a distinctive destination for transitional, contemporary, and eclectic home furnishings, carrying more than 100 product lines and offering custom orders, quick‑ship programs, and full-service design and project management.
Before launching DōMA, David built a strong foundation in business and retail leadership. He served as Owner/President of American Closet Systems from 2002–2005 and held earlier roles including VP of Sales at Tech Data Corporation, as well as positions at STAPLES, Inc. and Scandinavian Design Gallery. These experiences shaped his commitment to high‑quality merchandising, customer experience, and operational excellence
